Here's exactly what happens, so nothing about the visit surprises you.
- You call
Tell us the year, make, model, and what the car is doing. A photo of the dash helps.
- We size it up
We tell you if it's a mobile job, give you the diagnostic fee, and a real arrival time.
- Test, then quote
On site we test the likely causes, show you what failed, and give you a written price.
- You approve, we fix
We do the repair, test it with you, and you pay once it's working.
Before we arrive
